Today was an easy recovery run out to second farm (8.6 miles). The entire team felt like crap. I think it's hard for your body to come back up to speed that quickly so I think our minds were to blame for the letdown.
After the run, Derek and I hit the weight room. I like our weights coach Chris. He knows what he's talking about and takes insight into every athlete. I feel like he is honestly invested in our future and progress.
Sorry for the lack of an entry but I'm about to pass out.
